Abstract Aquas

For this two-part series, I have created two framed artworks covered with knitting yarn.

Each piece is a dreamscape with colourful whimsical backgrounds. Both are made with acrylic paint and decorated with 3D objects such as moss, paper flowers, and yarn. 

Size: 46 inches by 25 inches each

These two brightly coloured paintings explore water as a main theme as well as imaginary scenarios. Both use yarn to represent the flow of water as the scene directs the eye in a vertical motion. Both paintings flow through the paint in the background.
