Daydreamers Collage

This artwork, made in the fall of 2021, was one of my first paintings made almost entirely from my imagination.

Each element is spontaneous, and there was no initial planning for this piece.

I allowed my imagination to take over and make decisions for me rather than preparing a concept before I had begun. I let the painting tell me what to paint next.

This painting was made with only two paint colours: purple and white.

The images are photographs that I took and edited into my purple theme.

I consider this piece a collage of thoughts.
